"I won’t ever recommend them to anyone. I think it is very unprofessional to make someone wait over a month for a refund after cancellation. There has to be a better system you guys can work on or something. They have a 7 day grace period to which you have to wait 7 days for your insurance to start. In my opinion I think that’s an inconvenience to a consumer trying to get their vehicle insured and legal. I’ve never had an issue with State Farm til now, I definitely will give my business to another company in our community. 🙂."

"This is the place to go for all of your insurance needs. From the time you enter the door you're greeted with a smile. A genuine smile, not a fake it's part of earning my paycheck smile, but a real genuine hey how are you doing smile. Tala greets you, that's if the puppe dogs Frankie and Vinnie don't beat her to it. Sometimes Jordan is there to greet you too. Sometimes the boss man Sam and his wife Abby greet you. No matter who it is two legged or four legged, you are greeted like you're a friend or family that they haven't seen in some Tim and they're excited to talk with you. Everyone asks how I'm doing and when they ask, they're sincere about it. Again, not just an earning a paycheck inquiry. I call there and joke with them while on the phone and we discuss our families and what's happening in each other's lives. I feel more alike family than a customer. That's so hard to find. Michelle began working with me for my Humana needs. And soon my husband and I will be talking with her about life insurance. Why? Because they take the time to answer any and all questions, quirky or not. They all make sure that you understand something and don't judge you because you may not understand the info the way they explained it. So whomever you're talking with will find a way to make sure you get it. I can't speak highly enough of all of the people that work at Sam Rumbles state farm. My husband and I recommend them to everyone. When I had my car accident, they were all the way to make sure I was ok and that I knew what steps to take. Best part is, they cared about me as an individual instead of a paycheck. If you haven't given them a call yet, what are you waiting for?!?! You're missing out on some wonderful amazing people. "Transfered my 5 life policies to Sam 5 years ago; never asked anything of him. 14 weeks ago I had a question on dividend calculations; followed up with receptionist after 12 weeks, then with Sam after 14 weeks. He blamed both State Farm and his receptionist for lack of his follow-up; when I told him his customer focus was weak, he became grossly defensive and told me my tone/insults we unacceptable. Never insulted him (just stated facts) and my tone was that of what you would expect after waiting 14 weeks for an answer to a simple question; how are dividends calculated. Been a State Farm customer for 42 years and have NEVER been treated so poorly; lack of responsiveness and when he did respond, he would not allow me to talk. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"

"Kept getting spam emails from them, the latest being titled "Are we breaking up?" Who writes these? You folks running low on staff and getting kids to write these for you? Told them to stop sending me emails and a guy (Not going to include his name) responded "GLADLY!", like he was insulted I asked to stop getting these garbage emails. Not sure why I started getting these emails anyways, if I did give them any info it was by accident. Never used their services or inquired about them before. Just giving 1 star because this is the only interaction with them i've had. Who knows maybe they have great rates or something but they make their own company look pretty silly."
