"I typically work with Jordan but while he is out of office I have worked with Sam as well and they are both fantastic examples of how State Farm should operate. I don’t live in Alpena (Gaylord resident) but still use this office due to their dedication. During the most recent ice storm in northern Michigan, it was as if I had Jordan on speed dial and we would talk for up to an hour almost every week. He supported answering hundreds of questions and took the time to explain each answer in Layman's terms for me to better understand. He uploaded pictures and quotes on my behalf and checked in on status or provided updates as soon as he had answers. Outside of my recent communication about home insurance/disaster support, Jordan found additional car discounts and thought critically on how to save me money in terms of bundling. The level of support that I have received from this office is by far the highest quality from an insurance provider I have ever worked with. If you have insurance needs and are second guessing your provider, call Jordan and Sam! Thanks for being my local insurance office and in all honesty “being a good neighbor!”"

"I won’t ever recommend them to anyone. I think it is very unprofessional to make someone wait over a month for a refund after cancellation. There has to be a better system you guys can work on or something. They have a 7 day grace period to which you have to wait 7 days for your insurance to start. In my opinion I think that’s an inconvenience to a consumer trying to get their vehicle insured and legal. I’ve never had an issue with State Farm til now, I definitely will give my business to another company in our community. 🙂."
